Merlo Coffee began 30 years ago with a simple philosophy – freshly roasted specialty coffee served by people who are passionate about coffee. 

Today, Merlo is proud to be one of Australia’s leading independently owned and operated coffee roasters, who supply the public, our own Merlo Coffee stores and 1,700 cafes and restaurants with freshly roasted coffee around the country every day.

We are seeking talented, dedicated and experienced Café All-Rounders who are passionate about people, quality food, and great coffee to join our team at our Merlo stores on Russell St and Xpress Toowoomba.

15 - 20 Hours per week are on offer

About you

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Café All-Rounder role: Minimum 1 year experience.
• Barista experience preferred but not essential
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and an ability to work autonomously
• Sound food safety and hygiene knowledge
• High attention to detail
• A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work 
• A demonstrated understanding of the Merlo workplace culture
